look,look at,see,watch都有“看”的意思,但用法不同。

(1) look为不及物动词,后面不能接宾语,常单独使用,以引起对方注意。 Look! That's an English car.看!那是一辆英国的小汽车。

(2) look at是由动词look与介词at构成的短语,相当于及物动词,后面可以接宾语,侧重“看”的动作。 Please look at this picture.请看这幅画。
