中国国情下的星巴克员工激励策略探讨

内 容 摘 要

星巴克自1971年开张到如今,长盛不衰,仍然处在高速发展的时期,其原因离不开出色的员工管理,尤其是员工激励策略的运用,特别是星巴克固定调薪、弹性工作制和自选式福利的薪酬制度设计、制定完善的医疗计划和推行员工持股计划。但是,这些策略在中国地区的执行效果却差强人意。为此,应该根据中国国情,严格进行固定调薪的管理,适当提高基本工资;减少对兼职职工的医疗保险投入,为正式员工缴纳五险一金;在员工内部进行股票知识培训,鼓励大家参与到员工持股计划中来。

Research on Incentive Strategies of Starbucks Employee

under China’s National Condition

Abstract

Since Starbucks was founded in 1971, it is still in a period of rapid development. That is pretty related to the excellent staff management, employee incentive tactics, especially the fixed salary, flexible working hours, optional welfare pay system design, developing a comprehensive medical plan and the implementation of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. However, the effect of these strategies in China is far from what we expected. For this reason, firstly, we should put the fixed salary adjustment into practice strictly and make an appropriate increase in the basic wage. Secondly, we can reduce health insurance for part-time workers and invest five insurance payments to pay for the full-time staff. Last but not least, we can also teach the knowledge of stock among the employees and encourage everyone to participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
