Material Inspection Certificate 3.14液压及气动单元 Hydraulic unit and pneumatic unit 所有液压件如液压阀、减压阀以及所有节流阀都装在单独的液压单元上。它们能保证所有的自动化功能都能手动实现。过滤器装在油箱上。 液压系统有以下附加功能： ? 油加热器 ? 带警报的自动温度控制 ? 电位显示 ? 充油过滤器 MW 20?m ? 油箱上的温度测量装置 液压管路由Sundwig 及济南二机床人员在现场装配。所有零件都有永久性标记，与液压图中标记相对应。 对气动件用户希望用FESTO 产品。气动件包括过滤器、润滑以及调节器。 All elements belonging to the hydraulic system such as hydraulic valves, reducing valves and all throttles are fitted to the separately standing hydraulic unit. They are executed in a way that all the functions included in the automatic circulation can be engaged by hand. The oil filtration is fitted to the oil tank. The hydraulic aggregate has following additional functions: ? oil heater ? temperature control with warning signal ? electr. level indication ? filter for filling MW 20?m ? temperature measuring device on the tank The pipes for the hydraulic unit will be installed be Messrs. Sundwig GmbH Lahr and Jinan at the site. All components are marked durably, the indications are also shown in the hydraulic plans. Only pressure cylinders with a pressure step of 250 bar are used. For the pneumatic parts the buyer preferres FESTO, other supplier can be discussed. The pneumatic unit complies filter, lubrication and regulator. 检验结果 预验收 终验收
