Once students recognize that conflict is unavoidable, they can practice the golden rule of conflict resolution (解决) stay calm. Then the two people should change roles.

Finally, students need f. consider what they are hearing. This doesn't mean trying to figure out what's wrong with the other person. For example, a shouting match over a peanut butter sandwich might happen because one person thinks the other person is unwilling to try new things. As a young boy, I sometimes traveled the country roads with my dad. He was a rural mill carrier, and on Saturdays he would ask me to go with him.
