图2.1 生活楼5,6层重心及重量

Center of gravity, padeye and temporary supports layout of EL.(+)45 250 to EL.(+)47 750 of LQ are shown in figure 2.2. Temporary supporty isφ273*22,φ219*13 and 15mm plate on beam both side.

生活楼5,6层重心、吊点及临时支撑的位置见图2.2。临时支撑采用φ273*22、φ219*13及在H300梁两侧焊上15mm厚的板。

SD-DOP-DPP-ST- Two 150T and two 85T lifting padeyes are laid in EL.(+)45 250 to EL.(+)47 750 of LQ. The materials of main plate and stiffeners are GB712-2000 D36 or higher level without defects. The padeyes refer to figure 2.3.

生活楼5,6层布置2个150吨、2个85吨翻身吊点,吊点主板及加强筋板材质均为GB712-2000 D36以上级别,其且无材料缺陷。吊点详图参见图2.3。

All lifting padeyes are installed along the direction of sling. 所有吊点应顺着钢丝绳的方向安装

2.2

Padeye Explanation吊点说明

100% UT is used by straight probe for the materials of padeyes.

Magnetic powder test is used for all welds before lifting and 100% UT is used after welding. When removing the padeyes, arc air gouging and peening should not be used. Gas cutting is used for removing the padeyes above the steel 5mm. Mechanical Grinding the steel smooth and M.P.I test is LF 7-2 DPP MODULE SHOP DESIGN LIFTTING
