摘要

本设计主要是进行年产5000吨强化椰汁工厂初步设计。综合考虑厂区所在地资源、地理环境、政策法规等各项条件,针对5000吨强化椰汁项目的需要,对厂区规划、车间布局、产品方案及工艺流程、物料衡算、设备选型、卫生规范、企业组织等进行研究与设计。为了提高产品质量和市场竞争力,同时对强化椰汁的HACCP管理进行了详细的分析与计划。最后对本方案进行了技术经济分析,研究表明:该项目固定资产投资1268万元,年利润726万元,投资回收期2年。

Abstract

The design is mainly carried out an annual output of 5,000 tons of coconut plants to strengthen the preliminary design. Considering the location of plant resources, geographical environment, policies and regulations and other conditions, for 5,000 tons of coconut project to strengthen the need for factory planning, shop layout, product and process flow, material balance, equipment selection, health norms, business organizations such as research and design. In order to improve product quality and market competitiveness, and coconut milk at the same time strengthen the management of the HACCP detailed analysis and plans. Finally, the program had technical and economic analysis, research shows that: the project of investment in fixed assets 12,680,000 yuan, annual profit of 7,260,000 yuan, investment recovery period is 2 years.
