摘 要

正文:本文讲述了实现三相400Hz中频静止电源的一种方法,即先将工频交流电整流成直流电,然后通过PWM逆变,输出PWM脉冲波,最后通过LC滤波电路,输出标准正弦波。本课题所选用的开关元件是当今电力电子装置中普遍使用的IGBT,并采用TMS320F2812作为主控制器,最大程度的减少了硬件电路的搭建。本课题围绕逆变电源的核心问题展开论述,详细介绍了正弦脉宽调制技术(SPWM)的基本原理,输出电压波形控制的方法,并给出了总体方案,接着用Matlab对设计方案进行了仿真。控制器软件设计是本论文的重点,这部分介绍了软件设计中用到的各种算法的原理,给出了各模块的初始化和整个程序的流程图,根据流程图完成编程,并在实验平台上进行了调试。最后给出了调试过程中的重要波形,并对调试结果进行了简要分析。

Abstract

This paper has narrated a kind of method of completing three-phase 400Hz Intermediate frequency power.First,rectification of alternating current to direct current, then through PWM inversion, export PWM pulse , strain finally through LC wave circuit and isolation transformer export standard sine wave.The switch element that program chooses is IGBT ,which is used generally in present power electronic installation. The system uses TMS320F2812 as the main controller. It reduced the hard-ware circuit structures as much as possible. This program revolves around the key problem of inversion power source to spread out exposition, has introduced the basic principle of sine pulse wide modulation technology (SPWM) and the method of export voltage waveform control in detail,controller in detail, then have designed the overall scheme,Then use matlab simulation of the design ,controller software design is the emphasis of this thesis, this part introduces the principle of various algorithms used in software design, the module initialization and the procedure flow chart, according to the flow chart to complete the programming, and debugged on the experimental platform. Finally the waveform in debugging process are given, and the test results are analyzed.
