年产5000吨菠萝罐头工厂设计

摘 要:本设计进行了年产5000吨菠萝罐头厂的工艺设计。本厂以生产糖水菠萝罐

头为主要产品。设计论述了以阿克苏菠萝为原料,加工制成菠萝罐头的工艺过程,并依此技术进行了菠萝罐头生产车间的工艺设计。具体内容包括厂址选择、产品方案的确定、产品工艺的论证、物料衡算、设备选型、车间工艺布置、总平面设计、水电汽估算以及污水处理等。

Abstract: The design of the process design of an annual output of 5000 tons of canned

pineapple plant.The factory to produce sugar canned pineapple as the main products. Akesu pineapple as raw material, is processed into canned pineapple, and so the technology for the process design of the production of canned pineapple.Specific content including site selection, product plan, product demonstration, material balance calculation,equipment selection,shop layout,general layout design,workshop water electricity steam estimation and wastewater treatment etc..
