摘 要
中国的保险业是正处于高速发展的朝阳产业。中国用十年的时间完成了西方保险产品150年的发展历程,但与之极不相称的却是中国保险企业人才短缺、人力资源管理水平不高的现状。人才是企业的核心竞争力,是企业乃至行业发展的源动力。保险业人才发展的巨大瓶颈是目前中国保险企业发展的最大困境。本文基于我国保险业人才需求的分析,力于解决怎样应对保险市场的人才竞争,解决保险业人才需求矛盾,如何采取相应的对策和措施,让我国的保险行业真正能蓬勃健康地发展。

Abstract
China’s insurance industry is now in rapid developing. China spend ten years to complete the western insurance course of 150 years . But its incongruence fact is Chinese insurance enterprise talent shortage, the low level of human resources management. Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises and the source for the development. Insurance industry talent development bottleneck is the great dilemma of China's insurance enterprise.This writing based on China's insurance industry talent demand analysis, in order to solve how to deal with insurance market competition, solve the insurance industry talent demand contradiction, how to adopt the corresponding countermeasure and measure, and how to make our country’s insurance industry develop better and healthier..
