A programmable logic controller (PLC)is a solid-state device used to control machine motion or process operation by means of a stored program¡£ PLC with its small size, low cost and functional single-minded in industrial control characteristics such as applications are becoming clear, and in power generation, chemical, electronic industries of electrical control, has been widely used.

Use PLC to control the central air conditioning system of building, can ensure that the central air conditioning system in high efficiency, energy saving, optimal operating status. This subject adopts Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 PLC on this series of central air conditioning model control. The PLC control system makes the air conditioning system according to certain logical sequence realize start-stop control, including cold source (compression type refrigeration system) monitoring and chilled water system monitoring, of the cooling water system for monitoring.
