摘要
无线充电是指内置电池的设备、装置,透过无线感应的方式取得电力而进行充电。无线充电技术,源于无线电力输送技术,其工作原理利用的是法拉第电磁感应,当电流通过线圈之后,便会产生出磁场;而产生的磁场又会形成电压,有了电压之后便会产生电流,有了电流便可以充电。
本文介绍了一个微距离无线充电器的制作方法:详细描述了无线充电器电路图的设计、实施与仿真。此系统可以稳定的输出5V电压,而且最大的充电电流为500mA。此电路分为发射电路与接收电路两部分。实现了对4.2V600mAH聚合物锂电池的充电。
本文设计的充电电路是在5V的直流输入下,通过一个10uF的电容整流之后,保持输入电压恒定。在XKT-408A的控制下,通过T5336输出一个可控的低电压。直流电压与T5336的输出电压的电压差控制L1和C3的LC振荡电路,发射出稳定的高频电磁波。经接收线圈接收后,由td1583控制输出稳定的5V电压给电池充电。

Abstract
Wireless charging refers to the built-in battery device, through the wireless induction mode obtain power and charging. Wireless charging technology, Originate from wireless power transmission technology, its working principle is Faraday electromagnetic induction, when the current through the coil, will produce a magnetic field; and generated magnetic field will be formed the voltage, the voltage will produce current, and the current will be charged.
This paper introduces a method of making micro distance wireless charger:A detailed description of the implementation to wireless charger circuit diagram contain Design, implementation and simulation. This system can output 5V voltage stability, and the charging current maximum is 500mA. This circuit consists of transmitting and receiving circuit two parts.Complete the charging for 4.2V600mAH polymer lithium battery.
The charging circuit was designed in this paper in the input DC 5V, followed by a capacitor rectifier of 10uF, to keepi the input voltage constant. Under the control of
XKT-408A,output ofa low voltage controlled byT5336.The difference of DC voltage and output voltage to T5336 LC control circuit of L1 and C3, emitting stable high frequency electromagnetic wavest. The receiving coil after receiving, td1583 controll the 5V stable output voltage to charge the battery.
