摘 要

女性在职场中生存却有着比男性更多的困扰与差异,这其中既有社会的因素,也与女性自身的价值观念有关。女性在职场生存,需要具备学历、能力、关系、容貌、金钱等资本,而事业与家庭之间的平衡则是摆在职业女性面前的又一道难题。当事业与家庭兼备时,工作的压力,竞争的激烈,感情的烦恼,家务的琐碎,对子女的操心以及对未来的担忧,各种困难如重重枷锁般桎梏着职业女性。我国女性事业的发展态势是怎样的?如何改变就业中女性的弱势地位,实现两性在职场中的平等,促进社会文明和谐发展?本文将就这些问题进行探讨。

Abstract

Women in the workplace survival has plagued with more differences than men, which both social factors, and the women’s own values about. Women in the workplace, need to have degree, ability, relationship, looks, money capital, and a balance between career and family is also a difficult problem in front of occupation women. When both career and family, work pressure, fierce competition, feelings of worry, the trivial housework, for their children to worry about and worry about the future, all kinds of difficulties such as heavy chains as the shackles of occupation women. The development situation of China's women’s career is what? How to change the employment of women in a weak position, to achieve gender equality in the workplace, and promote the harmonious development of society civilization?
