摘 要

本文的课题是滚齿机的数控化中滚刀主轴部件的设计,首先对齿轮加工行业的工艺及制齿设备和需求进行了分析,针对以汽车工业为龙头带动相关齿轮行业的企业由生产型向制造型企业的转变和提升,而对制齿设备在加工精度和加式效率的更高要求,提出了开发数控滚齿机的设想。

本文对国内、外数控滚齿机技术的发展进行了跟踪分析,结合国内现行数控滚齿机的发展水平,较为合理、科学地制定了数控滚齿机滚刀主轴的基本性能参数。在主轴电机的选择,主轴关键技术如静刚度,支承件等进行了分析。并设计计算了滚刀主轴主件的配置方案,以及零件的选择。力求更加合理、经济,在对重要部件的结构设计上突出独创和创新点,以最大限度满足重载、高效的切齿条件。

最后,总结了本文的设计工作,得出了一些有益的结论。

Abstract

This article is the subject of the CNC gear hobbing machine hob spindle components in the design, first gear machining technology and manufacturing industry and demand for dental equipment for the analysis, for in order to bring about the automobile industry as the leading industry gear from production-oriented enterprises to changes in manufacturing enterprises and the upgrading of equipment on the system of tooth type in the processing efficiency and processing accuracy higher demands put forward the idea of the development of CNC hobbing machine.

In this paper, domestic and foreign technology CNC hobbing a follow-up analysis, combined with the internal level of development of CNC gear hobbing machine, a more reasonable and scientifically formulated hob spindle CNC hobbing the basic performance parameters. The choice of the spindle motor, spindle key technologies such as static stiffness, the bearing parts and so analyzed. And design and calculation of the hob spindle configuration of the main pieces of the program, as well as the choice of components. Seek a more rational, the economy, an important component in the structural design of original and innovative highlight in order to best meet the heavy-duty, high-performance conditions of the tooth.

Finally, this article summarizes the design work, to draw some useful conclusions.
