摘 要
本设计以注射用青霉素G为背景,来进行年产2300吨青霉素发酵工段工艺的设计,考虑到为了实现菌种放大的平稳过渡,设计采用三级发酵工艺进行青霉素的生产,菌种经种子发酵罐扩培后进入二级种子发酵罐再进入发酵罐。各种补加用料以流加的方式加入,保持产黄青霉的健康生长。设计使用4台一级种子罐、7台二级种子罐、14台发酵罐。厂房采用三层设计,在不同层放置不同类型的罐体,以满足生产需要,在厂房内部设置吊装孔,用以上吊原料。在本设计中充分考虑了理论设计量的合理性,又兼顾了实际生产的可行性的情况下对物料、能量以及发酵控制因素等进行了的计算,就发酵后期所涉及的一系列问题详细说明了其解决方法,力求设计的完整性及准确无误。

The design injection of penicillin G as background, to carry out an annual output
of 2300 tons penicillin fermentation section in the design process, taking into account the strain amplification to achieve a smooth transition, designed with three fermentation process for penicillin production , strain through seed fermentor, after expanding into the second seed culture fermentation tank and then into the fermenter. Variety of additional materials in order to join the Fed's way of maintaining a healthy growth of Penicillium chrysogenum. Design uses 4 sets a seed tank, 7 sets two seed containers, 14 sets fermenter. Plant a three-tier design, placed in different layers of different types of tanks, to meet production needs, set in the plant and lifting holes for hanging material. Fully considered in the design of a reasonable amount of theoretical design, but also the feasibility of taking into account the actual situation of production of materials, energy and fermentation control factors for the calculation, on the fermentation of a range of issues involved in the late details its solution, and strive to design integrity and accurac.
