Abstract

In this graduation design, the main purpose is to solve the biaxial fixed end plate punching, punching, bending and processing analysis, written calculation of blanking stamping forming process and pressure parts of die and process card. First of all, the molding scheme workpiece is determined by the size and shape of parts, layout selection, establishment and die pressure center. Secondly, the mold design is the important parts, including punch, die, stripper plate, baffle plate, upper die, die holder

design etc. Completion of the main parts of the die design, cutting force calculation, cutting edge tolerances established, assembly drawing, part drawing and stamping process finally drawing mold card.

The main idea of this design is that the progressive die takes the tolerance of 1mm into account.. Therefore, we consider the following scheme for processing. One is the use: punching, cutting, cutting, cutting, bending, cutting off the process of production. There is also a punching, cutting edge, bending, punching groove adopted at the first punch, in the bending, groove simultaneous. The mold forming process of the two steps of the progressive die is adopted.. By comparing the analysis: the four step process step is the working procedure of the process. The mold is running for a long process. For the progressive die, the mold is running as simple as possible.. We are using, bending, punching and composite modulus and a cutting edge and punching a colleague of two process level into the mold production to meet the requirement of mass production. So. Through the above process analysis, we select the two process progressive die for mass production of the most appropriate.
