Civil servants receive salaries according to their positions. Their salaries consist of four parts: official post pay, official class pay, basic pay and seniority pay.

Civil servants enjoy benefits in free medical service, pay during sickness and maternity leave, home-visiting holiday, welfare subsidies and pension and compensation payment.

Our destiny is mastered in our own hands. Before it is too late to take any actions, makeing previously thought for our future is a wise choice. My three choices of the jobs are decided according to my will, my major and the reality. Therefore the decisions are very realistic. I do not want to make some empty plans for my future.
I believe that as long as I make up mind to do it I can achieve what I want. The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today. What I need to do most now is to try my best to study well and improve myself from varied aspects. No cross, no crown. Consequently, no matter what difficulties I might meet, I would never give up.
